We are a large and growing property management company, but one that is entirely family-owned and family-operated. Founded over 50 years ago in 1969, Orchard Apartments has grown to become a large and well-respected Landlord across the Greater Toronto Area. With 19 buildings, across 12 property communities, and nearly 1000 apartments and rental residences, Orchard Apartments has properties in Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, and Stoney Creek.
The founding principles of the company are still in place today. We are proud to be in the business of property management and understand the impact it makes in people's lives. We believe everyone deserves a great home in a welcoming community. For over 50 years we have been creating affordable, quiet, clean, safe, and secure places for people to live. We employ some of the best property managers, maintenance and support staff and landscape teams. We always remain focused on maintaining, upgrading, and improving our buildings to ensure the satisfaction of our residents.
